Arab, Yemeni in Yemen

Yemen lies at the western end of the Arabian Peninsula, and being on the Peninsula, they have a long history with Islam and Arab culture. The Arabs from the Arabian Peninsula are known as the original Arabs, and from there, Islam expanded across the Middle East and North Africa.

Yemeni Arabs follow a tribal structure with over 1700 different tribes and clans. Many Yemeni Arabs live in fortress-like villages who are ruled by sheiks, which are Arab chiefs. Social structure can be differentiated by what one wears. Almost all Yemeni, Arabs are Muslim in Yemen and abroad.

Problem Solvers

Many Arabs value social life and every day men gather at coffee shops to spend time with friends and talk about current affairs. Eurasia Coffee and Tea is both a great reminder to pray for Arabs at coffee shops, but also to support the work being done in Eurasia through coffee. Ten percent of the coffee sold goes to humanitarian efforts in Eurasia and other projects.

Sustainability // The Bigger Story

Eurasia Community’s Big Dream is to realize a church-planting movement among every people group in Eurasia. Pray for Eurasia and Live Dead as they work to plant churches and bring the gospel to Eurasia.

Partnership // Move Beyond
  • Pray God would reveal himself through dreams and visions.
  • Pray for those working among Yemeni, Arabs, that God will use them mightily to share the gospel with them.
  • Pray for the efforts of Eurasia Coffee and Tea as they work to resource projects in Eurasia.
